Everyone knows the benefits of LED lights: they last dramatically longer, take far less electricity and run much cooler than traditional lights. The mining industry was especially enthusiastic about the promise of LED lights to illuminate their dark, dusty work environments with the brightest lights possible. Unfortunately, first-generation LED work lights didn’t have a tough enough housing to withstand the rigors of the mining industry. Water, vibration, chemicals, dust, impact and 24x7 operations broke down LED lights from the outside in. As a result, LED lights that could have lasted for years failed in just a few weeks or months. Raycore’s Rugged LED System closes this housing performance gap.

Our system is unique in several ways: it replaces plastic and thin metal with the industry’s thickest stainless steel brackets; it employs a patented two-layer lens system; it includes a special chemical-resistant coating; it specifies fail-safe circuitry with self-regulating temperature management; and it achieves the highest IP6K9K waterproof rating.
Raycore uses the brightest and most efficient LEDs, including chip-on-board LED arrays. We measurably produce more lumens per watt so you can make your amp budget go further. In addition, third-party photometry tests verify that our lights produce more light in side-by-side light tests.

Our simple, no fine print warranty for our X series sets a new industry standard. Raycore will repair or replace any light within two years of its purchase date. And we warranty our SR lights for up to five years.
